It is now time to make unrealistic goals and resolutions we will try for a month, and than find ways to give up on them. It does not have to be this way. Below I am going to give you 3 simple ways you can have a fit and health 2016:
- Eat More Green Vegetables: Spinach, Kale, Bok Choi, Broccoli, Greens, Brussel Sprouts Ect. Hint: -Adding Grass Fed Butter and Sea Salt helps then taste better and you healthier. Pertaining to meat, you are what your food eats; think about that concept before you think all meat is the same.
- Swim 3 days a week: 3 is the key number. Less than this is better than nothing, but it is a constant struggle to not go backwards and tends to be more painful. 3 days allows you to establish a routine, work on skills, build endurance and burn more calories.
- Be disciplined: Actually eat your green vegetables, go get in your 3 swim workouts and add weights or an activity of your choice on top of that. The concept of doing instead of saying is a concept many of us struggle with, but now is the time to finish. Actually do what you set your goals for, and do it every single day!
Keep it simple and do what you set out to do. Is it really easy, No! Can you live a simple, healthy lifestyle, Yes!
